my 3 month old baby has an allergy on skin I think that's a eczema and scalp issues .. dermatologist suggest levocetrizine hcl 5mg to give 2.5 ml at night.. it's safe or not

The medicine is very safe but the dose seems very high for a three month old child because usually the amount of medicine to be given is about five drops to the child one time 2.5 ML is very high so just cross check with your doctor before you proceed with it
