my 3 month old baby boy is already 8.7 kg with head circumference 39 and height 26 Inch. is it okay for his stage coz our Dr said he's a bit overweight for his ages

The Doctor is completely wrong right your child is quite overweight as per the age but to be very honest with you if you just giving your file to the child and your child is gaining weight and you precisely cannot do anything about it so continue breastfeeding maybe after the age of six months the weight will start coming down automatically but as of now you have no other choice
