my 3 month baby is vomiting and 2 year girl not eating properly plz consult about both of girl me doctor 2 year girl is eating mud and stone ?? what should I have to care for both? is there any syrup for that?

give ostocalcium b12 syo 2.5 ml daily to your 2 year old baby..
