My 3 month baby has a lot of gas. While he is awake I ensure he burps properly but the issue is when he sleeps while feeding.. If i take him on shoulder, he doesn't burp and also gets up. If I keep him on my lap in sitting position, he gets up later after vomiting. How should I ensure he doesn't develop gas and digests feed that he takes while sleeping

A. keep him in an upright position for some time. also putting baby sleep in rocker for sevear spit up to keep baby upright and breath well.. avoid overfeed. tc
