Q.

My 3 month baby girl weighs 4.4kg.. Her birth weight was 2.9kg which had been reduced to 2.6kg initially.. She is very active and passes urine 10 - 12 times.. Worried about her weight gain

A. dear Mum the weight of your baby is absolutely normal and good baby should gain atleast 500 grams weight per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete

A. hi dear Your baby will gain about 1 to 1½ inches (2.5–3.8 centimeters) in length and 1½ to 2 pounds (681–907 grams) in weight this month. But it's also OK if your baby grows a little more or a little less. At this point, you know the signs that your baby is hungry or full.
