Q.
My 3 month baby girl weighs 4.4kg.. Her birth weight was 2.9kg which had been reduced to 2.6kg initially.. She is very active and passes urine 10 - 12 times.. Worried about her weight gain

baby should gain atleast 500 grams weight per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less
exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete

Your baby will gain about 1 to 1½ inches (2.5–3.8 centimeters) in length and 1½ to 2 pounds (681–907 grams) in weight this month. But it's also OK if your baby grows a little more or a little less. At this point, you know the signs that your baby is hungry or full.
