my 3 month baby boy arching back while sleeping. and looking on left side only. and still don't have eye to eye contact..and his hand movement also very less.. iam very worrying about him. is this sign of autism ??

A. baby doing like this it may be examined properly by doctor do not ignore because we should not miss anything so better to get a proper examination done once by the doctor
