my 3 mon baby down eith 101 fever . i hav egiven .7 ml dolo but fever down little bit then rises.. plss suggest

A. if the baby is 3 months old is having fever you can continuewith paracetamol and consult your doctor 14 that you can examine the child property to find out the cause of fever
