mY 3 and half month baby is not passing stool since two days she is pressuring but not able to poop so what can I do

Constipation is normal At this age so there is nothing for you to be worried but if your child is applying pressure then to make it easy for the child if you want you can insert an anima into the anus of the child that’s going to help in passing motion within 4 to 5 hours
