My 3.6 month baby has not passed stool since yesterday. before that he had a greenish very mucous full stool. is it a matter of concern.? however baby is passing urine normally 6- 8 times . and is active also. taking breastfeed regularly.

A. passing green motion by the baby indicates that the baby is either hungry or is having some kind of infection if this continues then you should see that the smell is not abnormal and the baby is not having any fever in such a case consult doctor
