My 3.5yr son having mild nausea and stomachache at night.please suggest something

A. hi ji , in winter digestion process become slow so please avoid overfeeding . give light ,easy to digest food items do not give cold food items give warm food items those are good for digestion like soup , warm dal etc give tiny piece of ginger with pinch of salt and few drops of lemon juice before and after meals
