Q.

my 3.5year baby always told me that he has leg pain, and also his weight is only 13kg is it okay. do we need to consult doct to add vitamins, calcium in his routine

A. Hello mom exposure to morning sunlight do a lot of benefit to them, and have calcium rich foods such as milk ,panner , soya , tofu , variety of dals ,chana,rajma , fruit and vegetables

A. same problem have my daughter.Doctor advice calcium syrup.Now she is better.
