Q.
My 3.5 year old son spitting many times a day is it normal? His other activities are normal as others.

it might happen because of force feeding or overfeeding or indigestion.
so please give small and frequent meal
give Natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
keep your child well hydrated
do not force feed or overfeed your child
