Q.

My 3 .5 year old baby girl had vomiting 3 days before, and we consulted Dr. They were given injections, and then vomiting stopped. but the next day, fever started for her, and we did blood test and it's showing infection in blood. later, the Dr gave antibiotics for 3 days. today is her 2nd day of antibiotics, no fever ,but now she has loose stool but not frequently. Is that normal because of antibiotics kindly advise
