My 3.5 month old son trembles/vibrates his legs while feeding when he is half asleep, is it a matter of concern

If it is vibrating at the time of sleeping also then there is a vast possibility that a child could be having some nutritional deficiency better to get a check with your doctor in order to have better understanding of the issue and treatment for the same
