My 3.10year old tends to stretch her legs too much right before she's about to sleep, be it nap time or bedtime. What be the probable reason? is it normal or something to worry about

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children2 years agoA. if your child is not having a proper sleep schedule you have to make the child sleep on a regular time and a proper discipline should be maintained avoid giving too much of screen time to the baby
