Q.

#AskTheExpert 3 years old doesnt sleep ata stretch at night. What to do even if he doesnt take a nap in the day.

A. I feed him Properly also gives him message brfore sleeing. He wears comfortable nightsuit. I have tried everything possible. Still No Improvement. No doctor has solution to this i guess

A. Hello, your baby boy is 3.2 years old and he doesn’t sleep well at night so give him an apetizer like cypon 3 ml before dinner so that he will eat more and sleep overnight

A. can be sleep disturbances so for a good sound sleep make sure baby room is comfortable and calm. Baby should be well fed at bed time. You should make baby wear comfortable clothing at bed time. Sing a lullaby or light music can be used. Can rock or pat the baby to sleep.
