How many hours at stretch can a 3 months and 3 weeks old baby sleep at night without a feed?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. if the weight of the child is more than 4 kg then there is no need to wake up the child from sleep but if the child's weight is less than 4 kg then it is advisable to give feeds every e minimum 3 hours
