Q.
My 2yrs old son was having high temperature and stomach pain last week and again he has fever today. Urine test taken and no problem found. please tell the reason for getting fever often.

khyati patelMom of a 5 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Give paracetamol to your baby whenever you feel that your baby has fever, babies can take anything between 3 to 7 days to get well. Visit the doctor and get Medicine prescribed and give that to your baby

Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can give paracetamol in abf dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be again repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating.
and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
