My 2yr 7 month old boy has lower back pain from 3days with mild fever and vomiting after taking meals. He wakes up at night from sound sleep because of the pain. Is there any serious problem with my child?

A. better consult your doctor it's difficult to comment with out any examination if the pain is hampering the babys sleep it shows the severity check for any UTI give plenty of fluids
