Q.

my 2nd son who is 3.5 years old have wet cough more often what is the reason ..can u suggest some home remedies... m fed up giving medicines every month

A. hi. it may be allergic. give him daily warm turmeric milk, sitopaladi churn with honey wil help. avoid cokd wind and comd vlimate, keep goid hand hygien.
