my 2nd baby age is 19 days . while doing morning bath his ear is good but at 5.00pm in his ear shown some pus. is there any problem please guide us

Are you actually going ahead with the feeding your child in the lying down position because that is one thing which actually can lead to this kind of a problem where kids can definitely suffer with an infection over there and that I think the reason if you are feeding your child and the similar pattern impostor so maybe your child has got an infection
