my 2months baby girl spitting up watery liquid after feeding n little by little she does watery poop soo wat can i do plzzz suggest

Please keep her hydrated by giving her BM
Mom should not consume th food that causes gas and Indigestion.
Mom. should take easy to digest food only.
Mom should take more probiotics and citrus fruits.
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
If symptoms persist please consult your pediatrician
