my 2months 24days girl always seeing ceiling fan and smiling sometimes not smiling on faces and she's having cluster feeding always ask for feed. is there any issue

Cluster feeding is common but also check at the same time are you able to give sufficient feed to the child or not how much weight gain is happening because these things would be important to determine what’s the issue if it is and the other thing is normal because they don’t have a clear vision till the age of three months complete now it will happen and then you will see a change in the child
