Q.
My 28 months old has dry cough with phlegm and if he try to eat anything cough comes and spit the food and recover from fever. Please advise how to cure his dry cough and start eat aomething

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. baby is having allergic bronchitis and needs inhalation therapy Cold and cough in the babies are because of viral infections which will take at least five to six days time to subside it is advisable to do steam inhalation frequently to liquefy the secretions as well put nasoclear saline drops in the nose of the baby

If phlegm is there then this is not dry cough.. This is wet cough.
Give indirect steam to ur baby 2-3 times in a day and apply baby rub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough.
Give warm tulsi ginger honey water 3-4 times in a day to get relief from cough
