my 28 days old baby is vomiting milk after having breastfeed or powder milk. curd types comes sometimes but most of the times she vomits milk. please help

A. Keep your baby in an upright position after feeding. Remember to always burp your baby try to keep him in an upright position for half an hour or so. Watch what you eat.
