my 27 month old daughter had no fever...but her hands and feets are hot...why this is happening? i gave her crocin also

This is natural body response of some babies. Please check armpit temperature for real temperature of the baby. If there is no sign of fever, Don't worry. This is normal.
Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc
