Q.

My 25 months son is having loose stool since a week now. Yellowish colour and too smelly. He is turning weak day by day. Which medicine shall i give. 4 episodes per day.

A. Hello, your baby boy is 25 months old and he is having a loose motions 4/5 times a day with fouls smelling so mostly he has some infection and needs an antibiotic and prebiotic too

Hi mommy Give enterogermina sachet Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc C
