My 25 month old baby girl is having bad odour from her mouth after waking up. is this normal? am using kidodent toothpaste as suggested by my paediatrician

A. poor oral hygiene, respiratory infections, stuck food particles in mouth, use of pacifier, thumb suckling can result in bad breath. give water to drink after each meal, maintain hygiene. still if persists, consult doctor.
