my 23 week old baby poop colour is dark green watery and I'm worried but my baby is active and well

If it is watery maybe there is a chance of a stomach infection you can actually talk to your doctor regarding that because lose motions with green colour could be due to infection or teeth coming so you need to be more sure about it as further medicines can be suggested on that basis only
