my 23 week baby not starts babbling he only smiles and sometimes giggles a bit .is it normal please answer

A. That is completely alright Samkit Karthika little longer time to reach that my son Bajaj considered very much normal right now I would not suggest to worry about anything as this is completely normal and natural Kora Chai
