my 23 months  old is vomiting everyday, First he's diagnosed with tonsils so he's on antibiotics plus vomiting syrup but it's been 8 days he's not getting any better.  doctors have said they don't know what is happening with my baby..I am very worried kindly somebody tell me what to do? can tonsils leads to vomiting for this long?

all of these treatments are going on even after that he cough and right after that vomits the milk. since he's not feeling well he's not eating anything only cry for milk.
he's active and playful but after vomiting and before vomiting he becomes cranky and cry so much. 
what should I do please help. 
also,his adenoids are mildly enlarged and he's on typhoid medication for 8 days. fever has stopped but vomiting is not subsiding. please help me.

Cough and Cold along with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu wherge most of the time supportive treatment is given. 
along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given.f
steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.
