my 22months old toddler girl difficult pooping she is severely crying when motion comes she is trying hard little amount motion is coming.stii 2 days she's behaviour like this now I noticed motion cleaning time anus edges little amount blood coming and anus red colour when I saw her situation iam very tension what's this and tell me what to do
