My 22 months old daughter stomach is upset. She vomits and do potty more often. What can i giver her to eat?

Loose motion are most of the time infective where it is associated hwith fever and vomiting and its known as gastroenteritis where symptomatic treatment alongu with management for dehydration is required if loose motions are associated with foul smell mucous high grade fever than it could be bacterial infection which needs antibiotics treatment
