My 22 months old daughter is not urinating for 12+ hours now a days ,is this dangerous

Yes of course it is unhealthy a child should pass urine at least 6 to 7 times in the day or maybe eight times depending upon the amount of water your child is having but as of now this is extremely huge gap which is not healthy as it seems to be dehydrated
