my 22 month toddler recently started hitting his head with hand when told what not to do. The moment he starts doing something naughty and we tell him not to do or try to stop. He will start banging his head. He is speech delay can say few words but otherwise he is fine. Why he get mad so easily nowadays and how can i stop this behaviour.
