My 22 month old toddler has white discharge from him eye since morning. He also had flu. kindly advice what to do? Eye is slightly red.

it seems like Viral Infection
so I advise to visit your pediatrician
please clean your child eyes with fresh tap water.
As a child is having flu symptoms , please keep your child well hydrated.
apply Babyhug rapid relief rub on chest and back of your child.
