Q.
My 22 month old boy speaks words only like dudu ,chichi , ajao etc not speaking sentence.Is this delayed speech or normal?

Not speaking a sentence is not a speech delay it is just that your child is just speaking some words but your child does not know how to connect to words or three words to frame and if your child is talking sensible in terms of what you should teach your child to make a sentence by connecting two or three words
