my 21 month old child doesn't say any proper words and only babbles. should I be concerned

Hello ma’am Normally after the age of 1.5 years a child starts to speak a couple of words but if your child is still blabbering only not speak in proper words then there is no harm consulting your doctor ones regarding the same to be rather more sure about the issue and if there is needed then doctor can advise you what you need to do further ahead of it
