My 21 day old baby boy often vomited the milk (formula + breast milk) that he drank using a feeding bottle.

It is common for a child to have this kind of a situation because they have a very poor digestion and also suffer with an issue of stomach reflux which is why this may be happening ahead of this I’m going to recommend you to feed your child every two hours for first 60 days
