Q.

My 21/2 year son does wants to drink milk in glass or sipper straw bottles except feeding bottle. How do I stop this habit from having milk from feeding bottles . I am worried about his calcium intake . He doesn’t like to eat curd or ragi too . This is my biggest concern ? Can any doctor or expert advise how to offer him milk and switch from feeding bottle to other source . For taste purpose I’m using milk shake powder too slurp once but of no use he is refusing to take milk in glass or sipper cup / bottle too

A. Okay so you know I would suggest you this usually works you can get fruit milkshake and smoothies to the child and you can get one sipper for yourself also the strong one have it along with your child and I am also having this this is such a good thing to have it so comfortable so once when you start doing it slowly you will see the feeding bottle habit will break you just have to keep trying and over the period it will work don’t offer if the child is not having without a bottle just give other things it’s not only about card you can give Paneer and all to the child also and there are other things also which are rich in calcium so you can take a check with a nutritionist for that
