my 20months son is suffering from heat boils and today morning he got rash around it pls suggest me any cream.what should I do to prevent heat boils

See You can get a check with your dermatologist or your paediatrician ones they can guide with the correct medicine that you should be using for all these things because it’s completely your skin related issue so it’s better that you can can you check with your paediatrician or a dermatologist ones regarding the same
