my 20 months old boy is very cranky frm last 2 days after flu vaccine nt understanding why he had fever yesterday gave paracetamol today his temp is normal98.4 but he's crying and very upset

A. the baby is 20 months of age generally after taking vaccination there will be little bit cranky sometimes babies may be having fever which may continue for 3 to 4 days but generally it will subside soon
