my 20 months old babys neck is drak compare to body.. why this is happened?

Take some raw milk and add some white bread into that and apply it on to that area keep it about for five minutes and then scrub it gently and let it be just wash it with water it is going to help I think your child has got turning into that area this is going to be helpful in reducing down turning over the period
