my 20 months old baby have sweat rashes on her face and head and lot of dandruff on her head please give me any suggestions

Spoo shampoo is very good for dandruff you can of course use that regularly in the head of the child if you are sure it is dandruff and second is for the pimples and whatever problem you’re facing for that purpose you can use atogla it’s a good cream specifically for rashes and redness of the skin
