Take a cotton napkins dip it in the normal water and squeeze the water and put it on the forehead. Put a thin cotton cloth make sure the temperature not rises more. Keep your baby well hydrated which is very important during fever. Avoid thick blankets used thin blankets. By the end of second or third day the fever will come down. Take little ice cubes wrap it with a thin cover and upon that wrap it with a cotton cloth and give gentle massage around the vaccination area which also helps in reducing the pain.
