Q.
My 20 month old baby has stayed with me throughout her birth..now i have decided to get back to work...she used to staying with my parents but she has alwys seen me around...im really skeptical as to how she is goin to react by not seeing me around...since the job im taking is a new job im same time worried whether if she doesn't stay i will be able to even come back fast...anyone faced same probm...? plz help..

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 9 m old boy4 years agoA. Try to be away from ur baby. Be in another room. Don't show ur face for one hour initially. And see how she reacts. Adjust the time accordingly and let the baby be busy with other family members specially during the office hours.

Author of questionMom of a 6 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. The probm is i need to join this new job immediately...thats why im a bit afraid of this sudden transition with the baby...though she is familiar with other family mbrs of the house but not entirely stayed away from me...

I understand ur concern. But the baby will take some time to adjust to this new schedule.
But with time it will be fine.
So no need to worry.
From now onwards, be away from ur baby for one hour, and see how she reacts. If adjusting without u then increase the time day by day. She will start adjusting take care
