My 2 yr old is having a svere constipation. I am worried. Please suggest what to do.

Prune juice you can give to the child before sleeping and apply some castor oil in the naval at the same time along with that you can also start the day with some warm water so do these things regularly apart from that include more of fibres and fluids in the diet
