A. for big children it is important to increase the physical activity of the child during the daytime and also see that the child is drinking plenty of water and is having a good diet just before sleep but at the same time the diet should be easily digestible and not very heavy diet which is causing more gas formation because that also can lead to digestion problem and that can disturb the sleep. also it is important to look for any environmental disturbance which is affecting the sleep like temperature variaxtions as well as the mattress problem. rule out constipation which might be causing gastric disturbance and change in sleep pattern

A. hello too much milk can also cause malnutrition and it would be better to try to replace milk with water in between and see if the child will be able to have a good sleep and any concern then it would be better to check with your doctor and he will be able to guide you
