Q.

my 2 yr kid says few random words like hi, bye, where are you, oh no, tiger, horse but he doesn't say mama papa.. he makes good eye contact... but doesn't listen to us... he is pre term baby... is it autism or speeech delay... plz tell me

A. you can wait till 3 years of age of the child to speak in complete sentences clearly and fluently if its not so then consult doc, keep interacting more dont worry if other milestones are normal . . . do not worry if other milestones of baby are normal according to age you should just wait and watch but in case of further queries you need to consult dr. to examine the baby to give correct guidance.
