my 2 yr 7 month old boy wants milk all day. he have 1 litre milk per day and doesn't want to eat anything. I have tried many things but he rarely eats food. when I offer him any food he throws it. what to do.

A. Hi You need to reduce milk in fact u can even stop. Dont force feed they won't have. Have a weekly plan that won't repeat any food again. Make it colorful, attractive, see what other healthy alternatives can be given try slowly
